Is PocketGC free for homeowners?
Yes, always. You never pay us a cent. Browse the directory, contact contractors, and get quotes, all completely free.
Do I need to create an account?
Nope. No login, no password, no email verification. Just find a pro and reach out directly through our contact form.
How are contractors vetted?
Every contractor on PocketGC is personally recommended by a licensed real estate professional on Colorado's Front Range. Our vetting team verifies licenses, insurance, and references before any contractor appears in the directory.
What happens when I submit a contact request?
Your name, phone number, and project details are sent directly to the contractor you selected. They'll reach out to you to discuss the job. We never share your info with anyone else.
Does PocketGC guarantee the work?
No. PocketGC is a referral directory, not a contractor. We help you find vetted professionals, but any agreements or contracts are between you and the contractor directly. We always recommend verifying licenses and insurance independently.
What areas do you cover?
We currently serve the Denver metro and Colorado Front Range area, including Boulder, Arvada, Lakewood, Aurora, Golden, and surrounding communities.

How much does it cost to be listed?
PocketGC is a flat monthly subscription. No per-call fees, no bidding wars, no surprises. Founding members lock in a discounted rate for life. Contact us for current pricing.
How is this different from HomeAdvisor or Thumbtack?
Those platforms sell the same homeowner inquiry to 5+ contractors and charge you per phone call. PocketGC works the opposite way. A homeowner picks you, contacts you directly, and pays nothing. You pay one flat monthly fee. No bidding wars, no per-call charges, no sharing.
How do I get listed?
Apply through our Join page. Our team reviews every application to ensure quality. Once approved, your listing goes live in the directory and homeowners can start reaching out.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime and your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period.
What trades do you support?
We list specialty contractors across all major trades: plumbing, electrical, roofing, HVAC, painting, landscaping, flooring, general contracting, handyman services, windows & doors, garage doors, and cleaning.
Do I need to be licensed?
If your trade requires a Colorado state or municipal license, yes. We verify it as part of our vetting process. For trades that don't require formal licensing (like painting or cleaning), we verify insurance and references instead.
